Alison Rutz – Owner & Instructor

I was born and raised in small town, Drumheller Alberta. From a young age, music, dance and performing were always in my heart. In 2015, my passion fueled my courage to start my own program – craving to give back to our community everything Dance gave to me. A sense of belonging – my instructors and classmates always felt like a ‘second family’. Self motivation to be my best through learning healthy competition. An emotional outlet – having a safe place to express myself. Learning to challenge myself – brain and body, past what I thought my limits were, giving me strong self esteem and growing self confidence.

In 2018 AMR acquired Jessica Hall, who has been a valued addition, bringing years of teaching experience and professionalism to all her classes.

AMR Dance started out in 2015 with 16 students. We are proud to now be operating full time with 6 different styles & pop-up Adult Barre. Small town benefit with our studio- you or your child will never be “just a number” to us and consider all of our students part of the Studio Family. We have big plans for AMR Dance and we are looking for students to invest in.
